We are thrilled to announce a special collaboration with Sol remedies for a nurturing afternoon of mindfulness connection and clarity. Join Kelsy Burch, founder of Sol Remedies, Clinical herbalist, Breath work Coach, Doula and Reiki facilitator, as we explore breathing techniques, sip on herbal teas, and set intentions for a year ahead in a nurturing workshop designed to bring clarity and calm to your 2026.
