ABOUT PERRIN:
Perrin offers gentle Creative expression workshops and somatic yoga classes designed to help students slow down, reconnect inward, and unwind from the stress of everyday life. Her approach her movement based offerinfgs blends restorative yoga, embodied movement, breath and body awareness, and meditative sound healing to support nervous system regulation and a deeper connection to the body’s internal felt sense.
With a background in trauma-informed Somatic Experiencing, Perrin creates a supportive environment where students are encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to their bodies from the inside out.
