Winter Solstice Sound bath + Reiki healing w/ Ceremonial Cacao

Service Description

This special 90-minute session brings together 3 in house instructors for a Restorative, Reiki & Sound healing w/ Cacao (option of tea available). This evening is designed for reflection, healing and renewal during the longest night of the year, combining the heart opening properties of ceremony, Cacao with the energy, balancing practice of Reiki and Sound! Participants can expect a blend of activities activities, such as guided meditation breath, work sound, healing, and communal, sharing and sacred space to release the old and set intentions for the coming season. This inhouse collaboration will be an evening to honor the seasons and cycles of life!
